HOW MUCH ARE THE CARE COST'S BY RENT MY NURSE?

IF I AM IN HOSPITAL OR AT HOME, CAN I STILL USE YOUR SERVICES?
We have many clients who have a 24|7 private nurse whilst in hospital and also clients in their home who have a nurse, carer or companion on a regular basis.
Our staff work together with the hospital and aged care staff to ensure that your needs are attended. We give you complete peace of mind as we work in consultation with your GP, your specialist and others involved.
CAN I CANCEL THE SERVICE ON DAYS I HAVE OTHER HELP?
Yes. Provided you cancel the booked and thus reserved appointment, at least 24 hours in advance by e-mail or by phone. If the cancellation takes place without observance of this deadline, the costs incurred can be charged.
WILL I GET THE SAME STAFF OR DIFFERENT STAFF?
Our service is based on ensuring that we provide our customers with suitable staff and the best possible service.
We adhere to the employment regulations and the rest periods of our employees, so that we can ensure a consistently high quality of their work. For this reason, it is possible that a caregiver over 24 hours different people are used.
CAN YOU PROVIDE EQUIPMENT?
Yes. We can assist with the hire or purchase of most items. We can also offer advice on what you will need and what can be supplied by us.
DO I HAVE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT?
Yes. We conclude a service contract which is limited in time and in which the rights and obligations as well and the costs are specified and determined. After expiry of the period of validity, the contract expires without notice.
